Hyundai Santa Fe XL

It is time to get a crossover. Everyone else on the road is driving one so you can no longer see past the car in front of you. And the headlights from all the other crossovers are always in your eyes. Or maybe you have another kid on the way and you are starting to realize that the family sedan is going to be a tight fit. Whatever the reason, it would be nice to have more interior room for the family and their cargo in a vehicle that sits taller. But you don't want to give up the comfort of your sedan. You are used to a smooth ride, decent power, and nice amenities. And perhaps above all, it needs to be safe; you've got precious cargo to haul. Oh, and it absolutely cannot be a minivan.

Introducing the Hyundai Santa Fe XL! The 3-row 6-or-7-passenger midsize SUV has the right options to meet your needs. It comes with a 3.3L V6 with 290 HP capable of towing up to 5000 lbs. It rides very comfortably, and confidently. For an extra degree of cornering ability, you can opt for the AWD which comes with Active Cornering Control to keep you planted when the roads turn twisty. You can also choose the level of amenities you want with an array of packaging options, which can include a panoramic sunroof, 8" navigation screen, Infinity audio, heated and ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, and a whole lot more. It has earned the praise of the press and a 5-star collision test from the government. How does it look? It might have the most striking appearance in its class. But it looks even better in person.

While they say it is a little smaller than the competition, and they feel could use a little more power (I personally find that surprising), they praise its comfortable ride and nicely trimmed cabin. They also point out it has a vast array of available features. See all of what they have to say here.
